Social housing and planning lawyers promoted to partner in latest promotions round at Winckworth Sherwood
Law firm Winckworth Sherwood has promoted Liam Hale in its Social Housing team and Matt Steinbrecher in its Planning Law team to partner.
Hale acts for registered providers on a broad range of housing management issues including nuisance and anti-social behaviour, possession claims, disrepair claims, trespass, succession and rent arrears.
Steinbrecher meanwhile acts for social housing providers, large housebuilders and joint venture companies on planning strategy, planning agreements, CIL and associated highways and infrastructure payments and planning appeals.
They are among six new partners Winckworth Sherwood. The others are:
