Job Description:

£44,428 - £47,420 per annum

The Property Planning and Transport team as part of the Council’s Legal Service is looking for an experienced lawyer to undertake a high profile, high quality and complex commercial property caseload with minimal supervision. 

The team has a vacancy for a lawyer specialising in commercial property with a familiarity in dealing with development focused work.  Experience of working in the public sector is not necessary but would be advantageous. 

This role will involve advising on complex, high-profile and politically sensitive matters to clients, and assisting with some supervisory support to non-qualified staff (legal assistants, legal officers and senior legal officers) within the team.
