DWF - Ensuring effective processes for handling subsidy control and the value of subsidy schemes

This session will consider how best to manage multiple subsidy awards when administering grant programmes. In so doing it will address substantive and procedural efficiency and in what circumstances will it be more effective to seek to enact a subsidy scheme, and if so how to do it and what to watch out for.

This session will be especially suitable for authorities administering larger funds with multiple beneficiaries.
