Law Society issues practice note on use of cloud computing services

The Law Society has issued a practice note on the use of cloud computing for all solicitors, practice managers and IT staff using or planning to use such services.

The note covers:

  • What are the risks and benefits of cloud computing? Benefits; risks; analysing risks and benefits;
