Infrastructure and planning trio return to Bircham Dyson Bell

Three specialist major infrastructure and planning lawyers are to rejoin Bircham Dyson Bell less than a year after leaving for a rival law firm.

Ian Cameron, Sarah Clark and Tom Henderson were part of a team including partner Robbie Owens that left for Pinsent Masons in August 2013.

On rejoining Bircham Dyson Bell they will become Legal Directors in the firm’s Government & Infrastructure Department.

Nick Brown, partner at Bircham Dyson Bell, said: “We are naturally very pleased to welcome Ian, Sarah and Tom back to BDB. All are extremely talented, client-focused lawyers and their return adds significant capability to the department.”

A spokesman for Pinsent Masons said the firm wished the three lawyers well.

He added that it would continue to grow its Infrastructure Planning, Parliamentary and Government Affairs capabilities, which “have gone from strength to strength” since Robbie Owen and others joined in 2013.
