Housing association names three law firms to £800k legal services panel

Plymouth Community Homes has named three law firms to a legal services framework for development, governance, finance and procurement support.

The firms appointed to the tender (worth up to £800,000) are:

  • Bond Dickinson;
  • Trowers & Hamlins;
  • Devonshires.

The contract was awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender in terms of price (weighting 40) and quality (weighting 60).

The housing association, which owns and manages more than 15,000 homes in Plymouth, had previously named Bond Dickinson and three other firms – Tozers; Capsticks; and Ashfords – to a £600,000 framework agreement covering housing management, employment and corporate support.
