Devonshires bolsters housing development team with double partner hire
Law firm Devonshires has strengthened its Real Estate and Projects team with two new partner hires.
Specialist housing development solicitors Leo Stevens and Ben Halsey join the firm from Sharratts.
They both act for registered providers, both not-for-profit and for-profit, on a wide variety of work arising principally from a property and development perspective, including disposal and acquisition, finance/security, planning and infrastructure projects.

Halsey has meanwhile advised providers and investors in relation to investment in rented and shared ownership housing portfolios, stock transfer and similar ‘exit’ transactions involving the disposal of newly delivered stock.
The number of partners at Devonshires has increased to 63.
