Green Investment Bank looks to expand panel of legal advisers
The Green Investment Bank, which was set up by the Government with £3bn in funding to invest in sustainable projects, is looking to expand its panel of legal advisers.
The bank is already in the process of appointing a legal panel, but has decided that this should be larger.
It wants to find advisers in one or more of the following lots:
- Property and estates;
- Employment and pensions;
- General commercial and corporate work (including tax and insolvency); and
- All legal matters (finance, regulation and major or complex projects).
Panel appointments will last for three years, renewable by mutual agreement for a further year.
Awards will be made based on the most economically advantageous tender.
The procurement is being run by RCUK Shared Services Centre.
