About the speakers
Elizabeth Bower Elizabeth is a Partner, with over 20 years' experience and is head of both the casualty and insurance housing team. She handles a wide variety of public liability and employers liability claims for the public sector including Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Further Education Establishments. |
Nigel McCloy Nigel is a Higher Court Advocate in the Insurance Department. After gaining experience with two North East law firms he joined Forbes in 2009 before qualifying in 2012. He has experience of defending Public, Occupiers' and Employers' Liability claims ranging from slip and trip accidents to coroner's inquests. He acts on behalf of a number of Local Authorities and retailers and has previously worked in-house at a national retailer. When not conducting advocacy Nigel is regularly found delivering training sessions and seminars to clients. |
Ridwaan Omar In May 2012 Ridwaan was promoted to partner having trained and qualified with the firm. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1999. He acts on behalf of numerous local authorities, organisations and Plc construction companies in defending Employers' and Public Liability claims. |
