£37,987- £53,745 per annum

Spelthorne has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Property Lawyer to join its busy in-house legal team.

We are looking for a lawyer with a sound working knowledge of property transactions to support the Council’s fast moving property investment strategy as well as undertaking a varied property workload to support the management of the Council’s existing commercial and municipal property portfolios.

You will provide support and advice to colleagues and officers of the Council. We are looking for a positive, flexible and self-motivated lawyer who contributes good team spirit in our small but friendly team.

In exchange, the Council offers support in continuing your professional development as well a wide range of employment benefits. This post is identified as a hybrid post supporting both office and home working in line with Spelthorne Borough Council’s policy. The post holder will be required to attend the office in line with a rota and any service requirements around two times a week.  Part time hours will be considered.
