An exciting and innovative series of twelve one hour webinars starting in February 2021 explaining the conveyancing process from start to finish. It is aimed at support staff or new recruits with the aim of developing their knowledge.
Extensive notes will be provided, there will be opportunities for delegates to ask questions, and the webinars will be recorded. Webinar dates will be announced when bookings are finalised but places are limited.
The course will examine the conveyancing process to explain the legal process in sale and purchase transactions and is suitable for all levels of support staff, new recruits, and anyone who wants to increase their conveyancing knowledge.
Delegates will learn about the conveyancing process, due diligence, documentation encountered in residential and commercial transactions and some of the problems and pitfalls associated with modern conveyancing practice.
The webinars will be delivered by Ian Quayle an experienced trainer and practitioner with over 18 years experience of delivering conveyancing training courses to the legal profession. On completion of the course, delegates should have a better understanding of the conveyancing process will be able to take a more active role in the conveyancing process. The course will augment training for staff undertaking CILEX or other qualifications, and to provide essential background knowledge to anyone working in the legal department of any local authority, county council or other organisation.
