NPPF and NDMPs - an update to national policy seminar - Landmark Chambers

As the planning system continues to undergo significant reform, understanding the practical implications of changes to national policy has never been more important. This seminar will examine recent and proposed policy changes, the relationship between the NPPF and NDMPs, and the likely impact on plan-making, development management, section 106 negotiations and planning appeals.

Bringing together leading planning barristers from Landmark Chambers alongside planning experts from DHA Planning, and guest speaker Jade Chalmers of Howard Kennedy, the session is designed for planning solicitors, local authority lawyers, developers, housebuilders and landowners, seeking to understand how changes in national policy are expected to shape decision-making and influence the delivery of development across England.

Please note this event is taking place in person only and is not being recorded. Places are limited and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
