Capsticks has bolstered its housing practice with the hire of Jonathan Hulley as an equity partner from Clarke Willmott.
Hulley will work alongside Philip Brown, the current head of housing, and Mike Owen, head of housing management.
The Capsticks housing team now has 16 partners nationwide with ambitious plans to expand its offering further, the firm said.
Hulley follows Chimi Shakahoxha, who switched to Capsticks in May.
Philip Brown said: “We are delighted that Jonathan has joined us as we continue to grow our housing team. His housing management and leasehold experience will be of great value to our housing clients nationwide.
“This strategic hire is part of our commitment to our clients in the housing sector as we look to offer our clients a team of specialists across all disciplines and geographic areas."
Hulley said: “I am delighted to be joining a fantastic team of housing experts and look forward to working with Philip and Mike and to making a contribution to further enhance the reputation of Capsticks as the leading housing sector specialists, offering a complete suite of housing services to our clients in England and Wales.”
