Boroughs to procure £540k in legal debt recovery and insolvency services

The London boroughs of Newham and have started the procurement process for a framework agreement for the provision of £540,000 of legal debt recovery and legal insolvency services.

The procurement is being led by Newham and an electronic auction is to be used.

The councils envisage a maximum of three participants to the framework agreement, which is expected to last four years.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12:00 on 26 May 2016.
