Housing group to set up £3.5m legal services panel

Bromford Housing Group is to set up a framework agreement for legal services worth up to £3.5m over four years.

The contract is expected to start on 1 October 2016 and end on 30 September 2020.

The framework agreement has been divided into three lots as follows:

  • Lot 1: Corporate Finance; Governance and Legislation (Including Asset Management and Health & Safety); Housing Management and Contracts, Commercial & Procurement.
  • Lot 2: Property (Including Construction; Site, Land & Property Acquisitions; Plot Sales; Securitisation; Disposals and Leasehold Work).
  • Lot 3: Employment, TUPE and Pensions.

Wolverhampton-headquartered Bromford said it was acting as a central purchasing body on behalf of itself and any of its current or future subsidiaries.

The group plans to invest £335m over the next five years, delivering around 600 homes per year. It manages around 27,000 homes.
