North West social housing provider names ten law firms to £1.25m+ panel

The Regenda Group, a social housing provider in the North West, has named ten law firms to a legal services framework agreement potentially worth more than €1.6m (£1.25m) over three years.

The work has been divided into six lots:

1. Strategy & Governance;

2. Tenancy Related Housing;

3. Property Conveyancing and Development;

4. Supported/Sheltered Housing;

5. Other Legal Matters;

6. HR Retention.

The successful firms were:

Anthony Collins Solicitors (Lots 1, 5)
Brabners (Lots 4, 5)
Clarke Willmott (Lot 5)
Croftons (Lots 1, 2, 3, 4)
Devonshires (Lot 1)
Forbes Solicitors (Lots 2, 4)
Shoosmiths (Lot 3)
Trowers & Hamlins (Lot 3)
Weightmans (Lot 6)
Whiteheads (Lot 2)

Headquartered in Bolton, Regenda Group comprises Regenda Limited (trading as Regenda Homes), a registered provider and owner of the largest portion of the group’s social rented stock. It has nearly 10,000 properties in the North West.
