North of England housing providers name seven firms to £1.5m panels

Two social housing organisations in the North of England have appointed seven law firms to legal services panels worth up to £1.5m over four years.

The successful firms appointed by North Star Housing Group and Two Castles Housing Association were:

•    Lot 1: Property transactions: Hyland Legal; Brabners LLP; Muckle LLP.

•    Lot 2: Housing management and dispute resolution: Brabners LLP; Muckle LLP; Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP; Devonshires.

•    Lot 3: Corporate and commercial: Brabners LLP; Muckle LLP; Trowers & Hamlins LLP; Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP;

•    Lot 4: Development, construction and procurement: Hyland Legal; Brabners LLP; Muckle LLP; Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP.

•    Lot 5: Employment and pensions: Brabners LLP; Muckle LLP; Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP; Ward Hadaway.

•    Lot 6: Treasury, loans and finance: Brabners LLP; Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP; Devonshires; Trowers & Hamlins LLP.

North Star Housing Group owns and manages more than 3,000 properties across the Tees Valley and County Durham. Two Castles Housing Association meanwhile owns and manages more than 3,500 properties across the North of England.
