Social housing provider to re-procure multi-million pound legal panel

The Guinness Partnership, one of the largest affordable housing and care providers in the country, is to re-procure its multi-million pound legal services framework, which is estimated to be worth up to £8m over four years.

The framework is divided into the following lots:

  • Lot 1: Development and construction (estimated fee-related spend: £2.3m);
  • Lot 2: Housing law (£3.4m);
  • Lot 3: Conveyancing (£340,000);
  • Lot 4: People and pensions (£220,000);
  • Lot 5: Corporate finance (£800,000);
  • Lot 6: Corporate governance and Litigation including Procurement (£940,000).

The Guinness Partnership, which provides homes and housing services to around 60,000 households and delivers more than 10,000 hours of care every week, said it “invites suitably qualified legal firms with significant experience in social housing” to apply.

It envisages a maximum number of 16 participants to the framework agreement.
