Major housing provider to set up £1.4m panel for development work

One of the UK’s largest social housing providers is to procure a legal services framework agreement worth up to £1.4m over four years.

Stonewater has 30,000 homes under management and £1.6bn in assets. It covers three geographical areas: East and North (managing 8,400 homes), South (13,400 homes) and West (8,200 homes).

The organisation is looking for suppliers to provide legal services in relation to development projects for properties it owns and manages.

The framework agreement will be used by a number of companies in the Stonewater group.

The procurement is being led on Stonewater’s behalf by Faithorn Farrell Timms and will involve an open procedure.
