Leading social landlord to set up £25m legal services panel

Sanctuary Housing Group, one of the UK’s largest social landlords, is to set up a panel worth up to £25m over four years to provide legal services in England, Scotland and the Isle of Man.

Services to be covered include:

• Property and construction (including property litigation);
• Conveyancing;
• Housing and housing litigation (including regulatory advice);
• Contracts, commercial, IT, data protection, IP, procurement, health and safety and regulatory crime;
• Corporate, banking, finance, securitisation and tax;
• Employment and pensions.

The contract is expected to start on 1 April 2017 and run until 31 March 2021. The anticipated extension period is 12 months and the number of anticipated extensions is three.

Sanctuary Housing has more than 70,000 homes in England alone.
