University names eight providers to £4m legal services panel

The University of Exeter has named eight law firms and patent agents to a legal services framework agreement worth between £1m and £4m over a four-year period.

The agreement has been divided into four lots:

1. Property and Estates.
2. Employment and Higher Education.
3. Commercial/Contractual and Intellectual Property.
4. Patent Services.

The successful providers were:

• Veale Wasbrough Vizards LLP
• Michelmores LLP
• Shakespeare Martineau LLP
• Mills & Reeve LLP
• Appleyard Lees IP LLP
• Mathys Squire
• Marks and Clerk LLP
• Wilson Gunn

The contract started on 1 December 2016 and will run until 30 November 2020.
