Cafcass awards HR legal services contract to Weightmans

Cafcass has awarded a one-year contract worth up to £110,000 for HR legal services to law firm.

The contract runs from 31 January 2017 to 30 January 2018, with an option to exted annually up to three years overall. Its value is estimated as being worth between £10,000 and £110,000.

Weightmans partner Ben Daniel is the solicitor at the firm with overall responsibility for supply of the services.

The services to be provided cover – amongst other things – employment tribunals, employment contracts, policy and procedure, casework planning, information law and health and safety.
