Council names four firms to £5.4m debt recovery and insolvency contract
The London Borough of Newham has named four law firms to a £5.4m, four-year contract to provide legal debt recovery and legal insolvency services.
Newham also procured the framework agreement on behalf of the London Borough of Havering.
The council received 13 tenders. The successful firms were:
- Wilkin Chapman
- Freeths
- Cassell Moore
- Judge & Priestly
The contract was awarded on the basis of price (weighting 70%) and quality (weighting 30%).
