Surrey-based housing association procures £600k legal services contract
A Surrey-headquartered housing association is to procure a £600,000, five-year contract for legal services.
Rosebery Housing Association has divided the contract into the following lots:
- Corporate legal services (worth an estimated £350,000 excluding VAT).
- Conveyancing (£100,000).
- Property and development (£74,000).
- Housing management (£75,000).
The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12:00 on 26 May 2017.
Rosebery, which is based in the borough of Epson and Ewell, provides about 2,500 homes in Surrey.
