East Anglian housing group to set up legal services panel

A Norwich-headquartered housing association is to set up a panel for a contract worth an estimated £200,000.

Flagship Housing Group has divided the contract into the following lots:

1. Development, planning and regeneration legal services.
2. Residential and commercial property.
3. Housing management.
4. Governance and regulation.
5. Corporate and financial legal services.
6. Procurement and commercial.
7. Litigation, advocacy and ADR.
8. Employment legal services.

Flagship owns 22,000 homes across the region.
