Scottish social landlord names eight firms to £550k legal services framework
A Scottish housing association has named eight law firms to a £550,000 legal services framework agreement.
Kingdom Housing Association had divided the framework into the following lots:
- General Legal, Governance, Contractual & Procurement Issues.
- Conveyancing and Related Issues.
- Employment Law Issues.
- Finance Management Issues.
- Housing, Asset Management & Estate Management Issues.
It has appointed the following firms:
- Addleshaw Goddard (lots 1, 4)
- Brodies (1, 4, 5)
- Bto Solicitors (1, 2, 4, 5)
- Harper Macleod (1, 2, 4)
- Pinsent Masons (4)
- Shoosmiths (1, 4)
- Thorntons Law (1, 2, 3, 4)
- TC Young Solicitors (1, 2, 4, 5)
The framework is to last for a three-year period with the option to extend for a one-year period solely at the group’s discretion.
