On 6 December 2021, nearly a year after the publication of the Green Paper itself, Government has published its response to its consultation regarding the future of procurement law post-Brexit.
The expert speakers provide an overview, as well as their insights and reactions to the Response: trailed as the most radical changes to public procurement in a generation. The speakers drew themes together and commented on how the reforms will impact the housing sector.
