Gummer re-joins infrastructure group at Sharpe Pritchard

Steve Gummer has re-joined Sharpe Pritchard from City giant Allen & Overy as an associate in its infrastructure group.

Gummer, who trained at Sharpe Pritchard, specialises in complex infrastructure projects, including renewable energy and waste transactions, and he has a range of experience working for lenders, sponsors, regulated utilities and public sector bodies.

He also advises on various procurement law and construction matters and is experienced in working with local authorities and central government.

Sharpe Pritchard said: “We are delighted Steve has returned to our growing team and his experience compliments our expanding projects profile.”

Two newly qualified solicitors, Uzma Raja and Shane Hubbard, have also joined the infrastructure group, having completed their training with the firm last month.
