HSE prepares ground for legal services contract worth up to £4.5m

The Health and Safety Executive 
has issued a prior information notice in relation to the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of enforcement legal services.

The agreement is to be split into regional lots, although these are yet to be determined.

The value of the contract is estimated to be worth up to £4.5m over its duration.

The scheduled date for the start of the award procedures is 1 October 2015.

Potential bidders will be required to formally register their interest in the opportunity in order to receive the full tender documentation, once the contract notice is published “shortly”.

A supplier awareness event will be held at the HSE’s offices in Bootle, Merseyside on 10 April 2015. This will provide an overview of the service requirements and be followed by a short question and answer session.
