Neil is a commercial and property litigator with special interests in intellectual property and insolvency. This requires him to act for companies, charities and individuals in asserting or protecting their rights. A number of Neil’s cases are well known including Meretz Investments v ACP & Ors (on economic torts) and Kelly v The Commissioner of Police (on public interest immunity).

His experience in litigation has lead to his strong advocacy of alternative dispute resolution and he has participated in many cases. Neil is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Society of Construction Law.
