Two councils make Law Society shortlist for practice management award

The two practices in the running for this award are the London Borough of Enfield and Staffordshire County Council.

Geoff Wild, Director of Governance and Law at Kent County Council, has meanwhile been nominated for the Solicitor of the Year (in-house).

This is on the back of receiving two nominations this week for the Financial Times’ Innovative Lawyers Awards.

Among those in the running for the Law Society Gazette Legal Personality of the Year award are Saimo Chahal of Bindmans and David Allen Green of Preiskel & Co, who is also the New Statesman's legal columnist.
