Sharpe Pritchard promotes trio to Legal Director

Specialist public and commercial law firm Sharpe Pritchard has made three internal promotions to Legal Director.

They are procurement and contracts solicitors Deborah Down and Juli Lau, and litigator Simon Kiely.

Down spent around 20 years working for local authorities as a contracts and procurement lawyer before joining Sharpe Pritchard where she continues to work predominantly for local authorities.

Lau is a public procurement and contracts lawyer focusing on public sector infrastructure projects and knowledge management. She joined the firm as a trainee.

Kiely is a member of the firm’s dispute resolution team. He maintains both a civil and criminal practice with particular expertise in judicial review, regulatory law and all aspects of housing and landlord and tenant law.
