Browne Jacobson promotes nine lawyers to partner in 2023 round

Law firm Browne Jacobson has promoted nine lawyers to partner and three to legal director in its 2023 promotions round.

The nine new partners are:

  • Matthew Alderton – Public Law, London
  • Jonathan Borer – Real Estate, Birmingham
  • Simon Brooks – Real Estate, Birmingham
  • Emma Hughes – HR Services Education, Birmingham
  • Nick Hurley – Government & Infrastructure, London
  • Katie Michelon – Education, Nottingham
  • Kassra Powles – Real Estate, Nottingham
  • Dmitrije Sirovica – Public Law, Nottingham
  • Vicky Tomlinson – Health, Nottingham

The three Legal Directors are:

  • Herjit Khinda – Technical Claims, Nottingham
  • Rita Patel – Real Estate, Nottingham
  • Nicholas Saunders – Financial & Professional Risk, Exeter

Browne Jacobson will have 173 partners and 26 legal directors following the promotions, which will take effect from 1 May 2023.
