Sam Whittam, a specialist in complex public law work, has joined 1GC with immediate effect.
The set said that Whittam, who was called in 1995, is a highly regarded children practitioner who has a strong record in NAI and sexual abuse cases. She also undertakes private law children work.
Nkumbe Ekaney QC and Andrew Norton QC, Joint Heads of Chambers, said: “Sam brings her years of experience in public law and private law children proceedings and strengthens these already well established teams. We are truly delighted that she joins us at 1GC."
