Housing provider awards contract for anti-social behaviour legal services

A national housing association has awarded a £300,000 contract for anti social behaviour legal services.
Affinity Sutton Group has appointed Macclesfield law firm Pearson and Johnson.
The initial estimated total value of the contract was 500,000 euros. However, the lowest offer was £211,000 and the highest offer was £294,000.
The award criteria was the most economically advantageous tender in terms of price (weighting 40), quality (weighting 40) and interview (weighting 20).
Affinity Sutton has 57,000 properties across 120 local authorities.
