Aisha Khawar, Founder and Director, personally leads all consultancy work. With over 20 years’ in‑house experience working with local authority legal, planning, and highways teams, she brings a calm, pragmatic, and council‑focused approach to complex matters. Her experience spans county, metropolitan, unitary, and district authorities, including:

ViaPlan offers a free drafting service to councils, with fees paid directly by developers. The consultancy provides drafting, negotiation, and completion of S106, S38, and S278 agreements, taking instructions directly from client departments and requiring minimal involvement from in‑house legal teams.
