Northern colleges fire gun on tender for four year legal services contract

A group of northern colleges are advertising a four-year legal services contract intended to procure legal advice on property law, commercial law, education law and litigation.
The Education Training Collective, which is made up of six member colleges and training providers located across County Durham and Yorkshire, said it aims to take on legal representatives that can cover several specialities.
The four-year contract will be split into the following lots:
- Property
- Commercial - Contracts, Procurement Governance and Related Matters
- Dispute Resolution and Litigation
- Legal Services for Education
The contract is scheduled to begin on 1 February next year and is expected to end in January 2026.
