This is followed by an examination of the procedural aspects of dealing with EIR requests followed by the final session that explores the EIR exceptions to disclosure.This workshop aims to give delegates the confidence to recognise environmental information requests and an understanding of how to apply the EIR exceptions to disclosure. It is suitable for beginners or those who wish to refresh their knowledge.
