This webinar will cover alternatives to litigation, injunctions, possession claims and how to approach disability and/or litigation capacity in this context.
About the speakers
Martin Horne Martin joined Chambers as a probationary tenant in 2025 and subsequently accepted tenancy. He maintains a broad civil practice with particular expertise in business, property, housing, and personal injury. He is known for clear, commercially focused advice and effective courtroom advocacy. Karolina Zielinska Karolina joined 42BR following the successful completion of her pupillage in October 2023 and has developed a broad practice across chambers’ areas of civil expertise. Karolina is regularly instructed in a variety of housing matters (including possessions, injunctions, disrepair/EPA cases and committals), multi-day employment trials and commercial/contractual/property disputes.
