Housing association names three to £660k framework agreement

A Wiltshire-based housing association has chosen three law firms for a framework agreement worth £660,000 over a four-year period.
Selwood Housing Society has made the following appointments:
- Trowers & Hamlins: Lot No. 1: Construction and contract (including general) legal services.
- Winckworth Sherwood: Lot No. 1: Construction and contract (including general) legal services.
- Coffin Mew: Lot No: 2: Housing related legal services.
The framework agreement covers a range of services, including property and litigation, health and safety, corporate governance and commercial.
