Heart of England Housing launches legal services procurement

Heart of England Housing Association has launched a procurement exercise for a legal services framework agreement.
The association, which is part of Orbit Group, envisages inviting five operators to tender with a view to appointing either a single supplier or two suppliers to the contract.
The legal services will cover all aspects of housing management-related issues.
The framework agreement is expected to last for three years, although Heart of England will have an option to extend for a further 12 months at its discretion.
