Peabody fires gun on procurement of £54m legal services framework

Major social landlord Peabody is to procure a legal services framework worth an estimated £54m.
The framework is to be divided into the following lots:
- Asset Management and Property
- Development and Construction
- Corporate, Commercial and Governance
- Corporate Finance and Treasury
- Residential Conveyancing
- Care Services
- Disrepair Legal Services
The framework is scheduled to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030.
The award criteria are qualitative (weighting: 60%), price (30%) and social value (10%).
Peabody is responsible for 109,000 homes across London and the home counties.
