Housing association names four firms to £2.4m legal services framework

North Hertfordshire Homes has named four firms to a legal services framework agreement worth an estimated £2.4m.
The housing association, which is based in Letchworth and has more than 9,000 homes under management, has selected:
- Buckles Solicitors;
- Prince Evans;
- Winckworth Sherwood;
- Wright Hassall.
The contract was awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender in terms of: Relationship Management (weighting 25); Service Levels (weighting 25); Schedule of Rates and Charges (weighting 25); and Social and Environmental Impact (weighting 25).
