Housing association St Mungo's has appointed nine law firms to a framework for the provision of legal advice over four years.

The framework is comprised of five lots covering:

  1. Company and commercial law.
  2. Housing/landlord and tenant law.
  3. Property and real estate law.
  4. Legacies, wills and trusts.
  5. Employment law.

The successful providers were:

  • Ashfords (Lots 1, 2, 4, 5).
  • Batchelors (2, 3).
  • Bates Wells (1).
  • Capsticks (1, 3).
  • Clarke Willmott (3).
  • Freeths (4).
  • Penningtons Manches (5).
  • Pinsent Masons (3).
  • TLT (3).

The framework is worth an estimated £964,000.

St Mungo’s is a charity and housing association working directly every day with people who are sleeping rough, in hostels and at risk of homelessness.
