Housing association names five firms to £1m framework agreement

Housing association St Mungo's has appointed nine law firms to a framework for the provision of legal advice over four years.

The framework is comprised of five lots covering:

Company and commercial law.
Housing/landlord and tenant law.
Property and real estate law.
Legacies, wills and trusts.
Employment law.

The successful providers were:

Ashfords (Lots 1, 2, 4, 5).
Batchelors (2, 3).
Bates Wells (1).
Capsticks (1, 3).
Clarke Willmott (3).
Freeths (4).
Penningtons Manches (5).
Pinsent Masons (3).
TLT (3).

The framework is worth an estimated £964,000.

St Mungo’s is a charity and housing association working directly every day with people who are sleeping rough, in hostels and at risk of homelessness.
