North Wales social landlord names council and eight law firms to legal services framework

A Welsh housing association has named a county council and eight law firms to a multi-lot legal services framework.
Adra, which is based in north Wales and looks after 6,300 homes, divided the framework into the following lots:
- Human Resources and Employment Law
- Housing Management
- Court Representation
- Property Matters
- Complex Property Matters
- Corporate Governance and Funding Legal Advice
The successful firm were:
- Blake Morgan (Lots 1, 2, 5, 6)
- Capital Law (1, 5, 6)
- Clarke Willmott (4)
- Conwy County Borough Council (2, 3)
- Darwin Gray (1, 4, 5, 6)
- Devonshires (2)
- Geldards (1, 4, 5, 6)
- Hugh James (1, 2, 4, 5, 6)
- Hyland Legal (4, 5)
The contract was awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 40) and cost (weighting: 60).
