Devonshires advises Sage on 420-home stock purchase

Law firm Devonshires has acted for Sage Housing on a major stock purchase deal with Optivo.
The deal will see Sage purchase 420 new homes from Optivo, providing a mixture of rental and shared ownership properties across six sites in London and the South East.
Partner Jonathan Corris said: “It was pleasure working on this transaction, and especially great to see the collaborative and positive approach of the parties involved.”
