North West social landlord names 14 firms to £10m legal services framework

North West housing provider Regenda has appointed 14 law firms to a legal services framework estimated to be worth up to £10m over four years.
The framework agreement was divided into the following lots:
- Corporate, Governance, Financial & Securitisation
- Housing Management & Commercial
- Property, Development & Construction
- HR
The successful firms were:
- Aaron & Partners (Lot 4)
- Anthony Collins (2, 3, 4)
- Brabners (1, 2, 3)
- Clarke Willmott (1, 2, 3, 4)
- Davitt Jones Bould (3)
- Devonshires (1, 2, 3)
- Forbes (1, 2, 3, 4)
- Knights (2, 3)
- MSB Solicitors (1, 2, 3)
- Shakespeare Martineau (1, 2, 3, 4)
- Sharpe Pritchard (1, 3, 4)
- Sharratts London (3)
- Weightmans (2, 3, 4)
- WS Strategic Ltd T/A Wilford Smith (4)
Regenda owns or manages 13,000 properties in the North West of England.
