North West housing provider Regenda has appointed 14 law firms to a legal services framework estimated to be worth up to £10m over four years.

The framework agreement was divided into the following lots:

  1. Corporate, Governance, Financial & Securitisation
  2. Housing Management & Commercial
  3. Property, Development & Construction
  4. HR

The successful firms were:

  • Devonshires (1, 2, 3)
  • Forbes (1, 2, 3, 4)
  • Knights (2, 3)
  • MSB Solicitors (1, 2, 3)
  • Shakespeare Martineau (1, 2, 3, 4)
  • Sharpe Pritchard (1, 3, 4)
  • Sharratts London (3)
  • Weightmans (2, 3, 4)
  • WS Strategic Ltd T/A Wilford Smith (4)

Regenda owns or manages 13,000 properties in the North West of England.
