Major social landlord names nine firms for £1.5m legal services framework

Midland Heart has appointed nine firms to a legal services framework worth an estimated £1.5m over five years.
The framework was divided into the following lots:
- HR/Employment/Payroll/Health and safety
- Housing Litigation and Housing management
- Treasury, Finance and Contracts
- Property, Development and Building Safety
- Governance
The successful firms were:
- Anthony Collins (lots 1, 3, 5)
- Bevan Brittan (1, 2, 3, 5)
- Blake Morgan (2)
- Browne Jacobson (4)
- Devonshires (1, 3, 4, 5)
- Freeths (4)
- Shakespeare Martineau (1, 2, 3, 4)
- Trowers & Hamlins (1, 2, 3, 5)
- Weightmans (2, 4, 5)
Midland Heart has 35,000 homes across 51 local authorities.
