Welsh social landlord to procure £360k legal services framework

Valleys to Coast Housing, which provides more than 6,000 homes across Bridgend, South Wales, is to procure a legal services framework worth an estimated £360,000 over three years.
The framework has been divided into the following lots:
- Gas/Electrical Injunctions
- Housing Disrepair
- Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions
The contract is due to run from 10 December 2025 to 9 December 2027, with a possible extension to 9 December 2028.
The tender submission deadline is 17 November 2025, 12:00pm.
The award criteria are price (weighting: 70%) and quality (weighting: 30%).
The estimated award decision date is 26 November 2025.
Valleys to Coast Housing was established in 2003 as the first large scale voluntary transfer of council-owned homes to a social housing association in Wales.
