4-5 Gray’s Inn names new chief executive and executive clerk

4-5 Gray’s Inn Square has appointed Vicky Thompson as its first Chief Executive and also named Colin Griffin as Executive Clerk.

Thompson has worked with the Bar and solicitors in central London for more than 25 years.

Joint Head of Chambers Tim Straker QC said: “Chambers is very pleased to have Vicky on board. This a new moment for chambers filled with fresh opportunities. Vicky brings extensive Chambers experience and business development expertise and I am looking forward to working alongside her to build upon our historic reputation and to develop our commercial approach”.

4-5 has meanwhile appointed Colin Griffin, who joins the set as an Executive Clerk for a period of six months. Griffin has been with Kings Chambers in Manchester for over 30 years.
